Vishwas Shringi is an accomplished business leader, entrepreneur, startup coach, and board advisor. With a remarkable 20 years of journey spanning Technology, Retail, Operations, Brand Marketing, and Finance, he brings a wealth of expertise operating across many technology-enabled businesses globally.
Recently, he led the international launch of the US leading Online Pet Retailer, Chewy. In the past decade, he steered the transformation of India's largest Fashion Jewelry brand, Voylla, from digital-first retail operations to a network of 200+ offline retail locations.
Vishwas has a proven track record in managing P&L across 8 diverse categories during his tenure at Amazon.com. He holds an undergraduate degree from IIT, India, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, USA.
Suchita Sanghi: COO, Mernplus
Suchita Sanghi is a gold medalist, technocrat, and entrepreneur. She holds 15 years of experience in Technology, Retail, Sales Strategy, Operations, Brand making, and Online Media.
Suchita an MBA from SP Jain Mumbai has worked with the Infosys R&D department, Head the Mphasis Sales Strategy Team, and before her entrepreneurial journey, she was heading Media Sales for Cardekho.com.
Suchita is quick with client requirements and ensures the mapping of the right talent to deliver client success.
Rohit Dangayach: CBO, Mernplus
Rohit Dangayach is a tech entrepreneur, a hustler, and a business growth specialist. He has 17 years of experience in Technology, Product Development, Retail, Strategy Consulting, and Startups.
Rohit is a B. Tech from IIT Roorkee and an MBA from IIM Bangalore and has worked with Diamond Consultants, and L&T, and before his own startup WholesaleBox, he was heading the entire dealer and OEM business of Cardekho.com.
Rohit is highly networked in the IIT-IIM community which has accounted for over 90% of Mernplus clientele to date. He is super-fast in terms of understanding client requirements across domains and technologies.
